Yes — every menu is designed from scratch around your guest list. We handle gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, keto, halal, and specific food allergies within the same dinner. Each guest receives the same level of quality and attention — no one gets a simplified alternative plate.
We come to you. Whether it's a River Oaks estate, a Memorial home, a Galleria penthouse, or a private venue anywhere in Greater Houston — we set up and operate from your kitchen. No logistics for you, no venue coordination required.
Chef Ana designs menus with beverage pairing in mind and is happy to provide pairing recommendations for each course. If you have a personal sommelier or a preferred wine program, we coordinate directly with them so the food and wine experience is fully aligned.
For most executive dinners, 1–2 weeks in advance is sufficient. For high-stakes events — board dinners, major client visits, or complex dietary requirements — 2–3 weeks gives us the most flexibility on menu design and premium ingredient sourcing. Rush bookings are available when scheduling allows.
