Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 30 g Sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F ).

In a large bowl, mix together the softened coconut oil and honey. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined. In the other bowl, mix together the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Portion out the dough with the spoon and place the cookies onto the baking tray.
