The meal began with a sophisticated spread of strawberry bruschetta, zesty citrus salads, and artisanal charcuterie, setting a refined yet welcoming tone for the evening’s main event: a slow-cooked pomegranate braised lamb that balanced savory depth with the sweetness of apricots and crunch of almonds.

The family-style service encouraged interaction and exploration of the diverse side dishes, from the nutty hazelnut dukkah on maple-glazed carrots to the fragrant saffron and barberry rice.
