This Morning Toast with Smoked Salmon and Poached egg is perfect for breakfast or brunch. This recipe includes crunchy whole-grain bread, tender cream cheese, fresh spicy arugula, salty smoked salmon and poached egg with the liquid yolk! Great combination of textures and flavors.
