Chef's Notes
These four proteins need four different kinds of heat. I sear the garlic chicken breasts hard, roast the lemon basil chicken thighs, glaze the miso cod near the end, and slow-cook the Mediterranean chuck roast until it shreds. That sequence keeps the cod from overcooking while the beef gets the long cooking time it needs.

Dairy appears in the healthier mac and cheese and the basil Parmesan Dijon green beans, while the miso-glazed cod is the soy dish to flag. For a dairy or soy allergy, I would confirm ingredients and separation before adapting either side or the fish. The garlic turmeric rice and roasted fingerling potatoes with cherry tomatoes still need the same review rather than being assumed safe from their names alone.
Cucumbers, baby peppers and cherry tomatoes carry the seasonal August produce here. I leave the cucumber, baby bell pepper and edamame salad raw with Asian dressing, then roast the fingerling potatoes and cherry tomatoes until the tomato skins wrinkle. Baby corn and bell pepper stir fry gets only quick heat so the pepper rings keep their color and shape.
